Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are important for your booking and order. By accessing or using this website, you fully accept the following terms and conditions.
If you book an appointment, service, or order medicine at MedConsult Clinic, our contract is limited to the provision of use of this website.
By any booking or purchasing order, you accept that you use our medical services at your own risk. Please use common sense while using one of our services and always take care of your own personal safety.
Please make sure that you provide us with your personal details or email address correctly when you make your booking or purchase. If not, we won’t take any responsibility for any error in your results, delay in your results, or medicine send-out time.
Price and Payment
Please be aware that prices vary depending on the type of Medical Services and Products.
For your payment, you can choose between online pre-payment or pay later at the Clinic. Once we receive your pre-payment, we will send a confirmation to your email. This means we have accepted and acknowledged your booking or order.
Once you make a prepayment for any of our services or products, please keep your payment slips with you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
By booking one of our services or ordering products, you guarantee that your provided information is correct, including payment and billing information.
Booking Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to request a refund of your prepayment, the refund process will take approximately 14–20 days. Please contact us at customer@medconsultasia.com or 02-018-7855.
We can help you reschedule your appointment if you cancel two hours before your appointment starts.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you know that you will be delayed.
If you break any of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your permission to use our service at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice or reason.
Rescheduling Appointments
When you cancel your booking two hours before the appointment time, we will help you arrange another appointment without any charge.
Product Return Policy
We won’t accept any return once the products have arrived.

Product Refunds
We will allow refunds if the product was damaged before it arrived to you. Please take a video as proof before opening the package.
We will allow refunds if you received the wrong product from your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (not including shipping fees).
Please allow up to 14–20 days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 3 business days
In-store collection available within 1 business day with at least 3 hours notice
Next-day and Express delivery options also available
Products are delicately packed in proper packaging and delivered in the shipping box
Payment Methods
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
Bank Transfer: Select Bank Transfer at checkout and complete your payment using the QR code or account number on the order confirmation page.
Pay Later: Select pay later and the team will process your order and contact you for payment and shipping details.
How We Collect Personal Information
Payment and Shipping Information: When you purchase a product from our website or store, we collect your name, billing address, email address, and payment card information to process your payment. We also collect your shipping address and contact details to ship the product to you. We process this data to perform our contract with you.
We may use your information to contact you regarding promotions or newsletters.
We do not keep your credit card information for future purchases. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns for a refund. Service fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
